Quiz: What Type of Pooper Are You?
The Nirvana Pooper

You got "The Nirvana Pooper." It seems that your poop doesn't stink. lol! Lucky! You probably don't suffer much from reflux, constipation, diarrhea, sinus infections, fatigue, eczema, vaginal itch, depression or any of the other things that a person suffering from painful IBS symptoms would experience. If you think you actually do suffer from those symptoms, keep in touch! I'm developing an online Gut Reset System that will be available very soon! I'll make sure you know about it...
The Sluggish Pooper

You got "The Sluggish Pooper." This means you're usually constipated. When a person is constipated, their digestion is slow, and the waste moves slowly through the digestive tract while many of the toxins and much of the water from the poop gets reabsorbed back into the bloodstream. This is superly-dooperly not good! It's like having a clogged garbage disposal that bubbles up into the sink... and then you drink the yucky bubbles. Same thing is happening in the constipated belly. Then we feel those horrible symptoms of fatigue, joint pain, headache, bloat, gas, brain fog, confusion, depression, anxiety... the list goes on... Dude, this may be usual for you, but lemme tell ya, it's NOT normal. There are so many possible reasons for this. It could be a parasite or other foreign invader (you don't have to travel outside of the country for this - you can pick up a parasite from a dog or cat or from walking outside barefoot). It could be a bacterial imbalance in the gut as a result of taking NSAIDs, steroids, oral birth control, or antibiotics, or from eating "conventionally grown" produce (veggies with bug spray on them). This does not have to be a permanent situation! You can regain your energy, your mojo, and your freedom! Stay tuned! I'm developing an online Gut Reset System that will be available very soon! I'll make sure you know about it...
The Speedy Pooper

You got "The Speedy Pooper!" This means you probably have frequent liquid stools. Dude, this may be usual for you, but lemme tell ya, it's NOT normal. The Surprise Pooper

You got "The Surprise Pooper." You probably poop tiny little pellets most of the time, or you only poop once a day, or maybe once every several days, but then you suddenly have a very strong urge that comes out of nowhere. You feel grateful if you make it to the toilet in time to produce the smelly, liquid stool that follows. And besides that, you feel those horrible symptoms of fatigue, joint pain, headache, bloat, gas, brain fog, confusion, depression, anxiety... the list goes on... My dear, I feel for you. This used to be me. And it may be usual for you, but lemme tell ya, it's NOT normal. There are so many possible reasons for this.
